JAMIE GEORGE cracked up after he was asked if he spent all week Googling Japanese hookers!
The England hooker couldn’t stop laughing when he was asked the cheeky question before Saturday’s Test.
Journalist Nick Heath said to the Saracens forward: “Jamie, there can’t be a lot of information out there on your opponents this weekend. Have you spent all week online looking at Japanese hookers?”
And as he chuckled away, George replied: “That is a ridiculous question!
“Very good, very good. . . my Google search history is very interesting!”
George will make his sixth start for England when they welcome Eddie Jones’ former side to Twickenham.
Team-mate George Kruis will miss the showdown after he injured his calf during the devastating defeat to the All Blacks.
Speaking about the team’s preparations, George added: “We haven’t seen a lot of them before this week but we’ve been doing a lot of research, some of the pronunciation of the names are interesting.
“We’ve been doing a lot of research and a lot of analysis, we are looking forward to it now.”
When asked if the match is an audition for a place to play in future games, he said: “His messages have been very much ‘let’s see how you go this week, all options open’ and that’s always his message to me.
“I’m seeing it as a great opportunity for me to put my name forward for the next few weeks and this big year coming up.”
